A bit about me
Hi, I’m Sammi. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Colorado, offering trauma-informed, integrative psychotherapy for individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, and the impact of past experiences. My goal is to create a supportive, grounded space where you feel met, understood, and able to explore what’s unfolding in your life with care and curiosity.
Many people who find their way to this work are curious about a more embodied, integrative process that supports both insight and lived experience. My approach weaves together EMDR, IFS-informed parts work, somatic and experiential practices, mindfulness, and polyvagal-informed care. Sessions are collaborative and intentionally paced, with attention to safety, integration, and meaningful inner change.
I place strong value on attunement, presence, and the therapeutic relationship as foundations for growth. In addition to psychotherapy, I offer non-clinical coaching and mentorship focused on self-exploration and embodied personal growth. Coaching is a distinct service from therapy and may be available to individuals both within and outside of Colorado.
I currently offer virtual sessions Monday through Thursday, between 9am and 3pm.
